Description
The most commonly used 28V portable power supply, this START PAC ® model has been designed to power up 28 Volt aircraft systems and will continuously deliver up to full 50 amp DC output. The voltage output is set to 28.5 Volts to simulate the same voltage as when the aircraft is running under power.
This START PAC ® ’s maximum amperage output is 50 amps which is more than adequate for powering up various systems such as GPS and avionics programming. It is also an excellent choice for powering the aircraft’s maintenance equipment bypassing the aircraft battery and thus preserving it from unnecessary wear. This means that the on board aircraft battery is conserved for starting only. The environmentally responsible, low VOC powder coating protects the unit from wear, tear and poor weather conditions.
