    Product Info

NOVUS Plastic Polish #1 is specially formulated to clean, protect, and maintain the clarity of plastic and acrylic surfaces. This gentle, non-abrasive spray removes smudges, dust, and light contaminants while leaving behind an anti-static, smudge-resistant finish that repels fingerprints and keeps surfaces looking their best. It is the final step in the NOVUS restoration system, following NOVUS #3 for heavy scratch removal and NOVUS #2 for fine scratch removal.

    Key Benefits

    • Cleans and Shines: Provides a crystal-clear finish while reducing dust, fingerprints, and static build-up.
    • Safe and Gentle: Non-abrasive formula contains no harsh chemicals, making it safe for regular use on acrylic, polycarbonate, and most plastic surfaces.
    • Protective Finish: Leaves behind a smooth, anti-static coating that resists smudges and helps protect surfaces from future wear.

    Suggested Uses

Plastic windows and windshields, automobiles, boats, planes, motorcycles, display cases, protective shields, stereos, appliances, auto interiors, vinyl surfaces, chrome bath accessories, fiberglass, marble, and industrial or household plastics.

    Complete Care System

    • Step 1 – NOVUS #3 Heavy Scratch Remover: Restores heavily scratched or damaged surfaces (Sold separately).
    • Step 2 – NOVUS #2 Fine Scratch Remover: Removes light scratches and fading (Sold separately).
    • Step 3 – NOVUS #1 Clean & Shine: Cleans, repels dust, and eliminates static.

NOVUS #1 is the essential final step for maintaining a brilliant, long-lasting shine on all your plastic and acrylic surfaces.

    Features

    • Cleans and shines plastic and acrylic surfaces with a crystal-clear finish.
    • Removes dust, smudges, and light contaminants while reducing static and fingerprints.
    • Non-abrasive formula is safe for regular use on acrylic, polycarbonate, and most plastics.
    • Leaves a protective, anti-static coating that helps prevent future marks and wear.
    • Perfect for windshields, plastic windows, vehicles, boats, planes, display cases, appliances, and more.

    How to Use

    1. Shake well. Test in an inconspicuous area.
    2. If the surface is extremely dirty, apply NOVUS No. 1 liberally and wipe using long, sweeping strokes with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth immediately. Do not use pressure because dirt particles may scratch the plastic.
    3. Reapply using short, circular strokes with a clean portion of the cloth.
    4. When surface is thoroughly clean and uniformly covered, buff to a slippery glaze with a clean portion of the cloth. Surfaces buffed to a high glaze are more resistant to dust and future scratching.
    5. Reapply NOVUS No. 1 regularly to maintain the antistatic, smudge and scratch resistant properties.
