Free Shipping Tier

Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders valued at $199 AUD or more. This offer is available to delivery addresses within Australia only. No delivery fee will be charged if your order meets or exceeds this amount.

Delivery Fees

All international orders incur a delivery fee. Within Australia, orders under the free shipping threshold also incur a delivery fee.

We charge only what it costs to ship your order, and sometimes absorb some cost to ensure you receive competitive rates.

Exact delivery costs are calculated at checkout after entering your shipping address, and vary depending on your location and country.

Same Day Dispatch

Most in-stock items ship the same day when your order is placed before 3:00 pm AEST on a weekday. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse and handed to the carrier that same day.

During peak periods some delays may occur, but we'll do our best to notify you in advance.
