Description
HI-TAK® Antenna Gaskets, Conductive and Non-Conductive
- Gaskets are die-cut from conductive or non-conductive mesh encapsulated with a soft, tacky and pliable polyurethane sealant
- Durable environmental seal for exceptional antenna and airframe corrosion prevention
- Improved antenna reliability and reduced corrosion-related removals and inspections
- Die cut to ensure consistent fit and sealing over the entire surface
- Aluminum carrier in the conductive HI-TAK antenna gaskets provide electrical bonding of less than 2.5 mΩ
- Fastener protection: When the gasket is compressed between the faying surfaces, the sealant is forced into areas of lower compression, such as the fastener holes, holes for connectors, or the perimeter of the gasket
- Conductive HI-TAK antenna gasket approved for use in CID A-A-59398A
- FAA PMA available for selected part numbers
- "Apply and Fly™" gasket for easy installation
- Non-hazardous (no VOCs) and no residue left behind
- Most antenna footprints available - or request a custom gasket to fit your application
- Available as a Conductive or Non-Conductive gasket to suit system requirements
