Product Info

These 1/2″ Cleco Side Grip Clamps are a must-have for sheet metal fabrication, hot rod building, and panel alignment work. Designed for speed and strength, these clamps can be applied in a fraction of the time required for ordinary screw clamps and ensure uniform pressure along the surface.

Thanks to their design, these clamps also prevent over-tightening and help reduce the risk of marking or damaging delicate surfaces. They're lightweight, reusable, and fast to apply—saving time without compromising on precision.

How to Use

  1. Align the panels – Place the panels edge-to-edge in the position you want to hold them together.
  2. Load the clamp into pliers – Squeeze the Cleco pliers to compress a side grip clamp (Pliers sold separately).
  3. Attach the clamp – Position the clamp so the jaws grip across both panel edges, then release the pliers so the clamp grips tightly.
  4. Remove when finished – To remove, use the pliers to compress the clamp and lift it off the panels.
