Most in-stock items ship the same day when your order is placed before 3:00 pm AEST on a weekday. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse and handed to the carrier that same day.

During peak periods some delays may occur, but we'll do our best to notify you in advance.

Not 100% satisfied? You can return eligible items within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. We aim to make the process quick, simple and stress-free.

Exceptions: batteries, and items marked on their product page as not returnable for change of mind. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered.
