    Product Info

This comprehensive Cleco kit is perfect for sheet metal fabrication, panel fitting, and temporary fastening in aviation, automotive, and metalworking projects. It includes everything you need to get started: ten 1/8" fastener pins, two 1" edge clamps, and a set of Cleco pliers—all neatly bundled for convenience.

    Why Clecos?

Clecos provide a fast, repeatable, and secure way to temporarily clamp metal sheets during test fitting, welding, drilling, or riveting. Think of them as reusable, spring-loaded rivets that help you maintain precise alignment without permanent fastening

The included 1" copper clamps grip sheet edges where Cleco pins aren't needed, and are activated using the same pliers.

Clecos are reusable and come in a variety of sizes, with 1/8" (copper) being the most commonly used in aviation and automotive applications.

    Features

    • Holds parts securely before permanent fastening
    • Clamp and release in seconds with included pliers.
    • Pliers fit both included Cleco pins and clamps
    • Reusable for countless projects

    How to Use

    Cleco Fasteners

    1. Position the panels - Place one panel over the other in the desired position where you want to join them.
    2. Drill the hole - At each fastening point, drill through both panels using a 1/8" drill bit.
    3. Load the cleco into pliers - Squeeze the Cleco pliers to compress a cleco fastener.
    4. Insert the cleco - While holding the pliers compressed, insert the cleco into the drilled hole, then release the pliers so the fastener locks in place.
    5. Repeat along the joint - Continue drilling and inserting clecos at the required spacing until the panels are secured.
    6. Remove when finished - To remove, use the pliers to compress the cleco and pull it out of the hole.

    Cleco Clamps

    1. Align the panels - Place the panels edge-to-edge in the position you want to hold them together.
    2. Load the clamp into pliers - Squeeze the Cleco pliers to compress a side grip clamp.
    3. Attach the clamp - Position the clamp so the jaws grip across both panel edges, then release the pliers so the clamp grips tightly.
    4. Remove when finished - To remove, use the pliers to compress the clamp and lift it off the panels.
