Description
The S1820514-01 programming dongle has a DIN-12 connector used with McMurdo Kannad 406 ELTs. Programming dongles remain aboard the aircraft and contain identification information specific to the aircraft. When an un-programmed ELT is connected to the dongle and switched to the “ARM” position, the ELT automatically updates its memory with the aircraft identification information from the programming dongle.
