ECS 392404 is a high-quality Data Bus Cable designed by Carlisle/ECS. This cable features 4 conductors and 2 twisted pairs constructed with 24 AWG tin-plated copper conductors. The insulation is made of high-temperature fluoropolymer, ensuring optimal functionality in demanding environments.
The impedance rating is 100 Ohms.
Color Coding: Pair 1 White/Blue and Blue/White.
Pair 2 White/Orange and Orange/White.
Shield 1: aluminum/Mylar foil shield.
Sheild 2: 38 AWG tin-plated copper braid shield.
Jacket: White high-temperature fluoropolymer jacket (laser markable).
ECS data bus cables are designed to meet, or exceed, burn requirements as set forth in Federal Aviation Regulations 14 CFR Part 25.869(a)(4) Amdt 25-113, Appendix F Part I(a)(3). They are manufactured with materials which, when subjected to flames or high temperatures, will not outgas deadly hydrogen chloride produced by conventional PVC cables.
