Das NOVUS Golf Cart Scratch Remover & Colour Restoration Kit ist ein komplettes Dreistufen-System, um zerkratzten, verblassten Lack wieder zu tiefem Glanz zu bringen. Entwickelt wurde es mit Blick auf Golfcarts; dasselbe System eignet sich ebenso für glänzend lackierte Oberflächen im weiteren Sinne und macht sich daher auch an Fahrzeugen, Booten und Maschinen in der Werkstatt bezahlt.

Das Set arbeitet in drei Stufen. NOVUS Extreme Compound trägt tiefere Kratzer und verwitterten Lack ab, NOVUS Fine Polish beseitigt Hologramme, leichte Kratzer und Schrammen, und NOVUS Ultra Glaze Finish stellt Farbtiefe und Klarlackglanz wieder her und ergibt ein hochglänzendes Ergebnis, das sich leicht erhalten lässt. Zusammen bringen die drei Stufen eine lackierte Oberfläche von stumpf und zerkratzt zu glänzend und geschützt, ohne die Kosten einer Neulackierung.

Die Anwendung ist auf eine handelsübliche kabelgebundene oder kabellose Bohrmaschine ausgelegt, sodass keine eigene Poliermaschine erforderlich ist; die Anwendung von Hand ist ebenfalls möglich, falls Sie das bevorzugen. Der mitgelieferte 3" Stützteller nimmt die beiliegenden Woll-, Medium-Schaum- und Weichschaum-Pads auf, ein Mikrofasertuch und Nitrilhandschuhe vervollständigen das Set. Selbst mitbringen müssen Sie nur die Bohrmaschine, Abklebeband und eine Schutzbrille.

Vorgesehen für glänzend lackierte Oberflächen. Nicht geeignet für matte oder seidenmatte Lackierungen. Für Acrylscheiben und andere Kunststoffoberflächen verwenden Sie stattdessen die NOVUS Kunststoffpolitur-Reihe.

Anwendung

DIY Application Instructions:

For best results, we recommend (drill) application with pads contained in kit.

Shake well. Start with a clean, dry surface. Insert 3" backing pad in drill and adjust the drill to maximum speed. Wear safety glasses during application.

FOR HEAVY SCRATCHES:

Attach the 3" wool pad to the backing pad and adjust the drill to maximum speed and apply a quarter-sized amount of NOVUS Extreme Compound onto blemished area or pad.
Work small sections at a time using overlapping passes until compound is almost gone. Reapply as needed otherwise proceed to next section.

FOR LIGHT/MINOR SCRATCHES:

Attach the 3" medium foam pad to the backing pad and apply a quarter-sized amount of NOVUS Fine Polish onto surface or to pad.
Work small sections at a time using overlapping passes until polish is almost gone. Reapply as needed otherwise proceed to next section for a high gloss finish.

FOR SURFACE CLEANING/SHINE:

Attach the 3" soft foam pad to the backing pad and apply a dime-sized amount of NOVUS Ultra Glaze Finish onto surface or to pad.
Work small sections at a time using overlapping passes until glaze is almost gone.
Wipe remaining residue off with a clean microfiber towel. Reapply as needed.
