The Mid-Continent SAM MD302 is a 2-inch digital standby instrument that shows attitude, altitude, airspeed, slip, vertical trend and heading on a two-screen display. This version has a black bezel and an internal backup battery, and it can be installed horizontally or vertically.

  • Heading via the optional MD32 magnetometer or the aircraft system
  • Solid-state MEMS gyro, accelerometer and pressure transducer technology
  • Aircraft-specific, programmable airspeed range markings and configurable static source error correction (SSEC)
  • ARINC 429 output, high or low speed
  • Field-upgradable software via standard USB port
  • Designed and built in Wichita, Kansas, USA, with a two-year or 2,000-hour warranty
