NOVUS Plastic Polish #2 is designed to remove fine scratches, haziness, and abrasions from plastic surfaces, restoring clarity and shine instead of simply masking the damage. Ideal for surfaces dulled by everyday use or frequent cleaning, this polish brings back brilliance to plastics ranging from protective shields to vehicle headlamps. It is the second step in the NOVUS restoration system, following NOVUS #3 for heavy scratch removal and preceding NOVUS #1 for cleaning and protection.

NOVUS #2 is the essential polish for bringing back clarity and shine to lightly scratched or hazy plastics, leaving surfaces looking refreshed and renewed.

How to Use

If the surface is dirty, clean with NOVUS No. 1 before
applying NOVUS No. 2.
Shake well. Test in an inconspicuous area.
Apply NOVUS No. 2 liberally. Using a clean, soft cloth, polish with a firm back-and-forth motion at right angles to the scratches. Keep the cloth saturated with polish at all times. Greater pressure may be required on deeper scratches.
When the worst scratches have been polished out,
reapply NOVUS No. 2 uniformly in a circular motion to the entire surfaces using short, circular strokes and light pressure. Allow to dry to a light haze.
Using a clean portion of the cloth, buff the surface to a slippery glaze using firm, short strokes. This procedure is imperative in order to achieve the best results.
For heavy scratches, multiple applications of NOVUS No.2 or an application of NOVUS No. 3 may be required.
For best results, follow with NOVUS No. 1.
